| BACKGROUND Elliot Teitelbaum is the founder and current owner of Elliot's Vending Company Inc. He decided to expand his vending business by acquiring Solly Services. Elliot has been in the vending business for over 20 years, all of which started from a small room in the house where he grew up. |

Elisa has over 12 years of marketing and client service experience. Prior to Elliot’s Vending Elisa was involved in the Pharmaceutical and Publishing Industries. |
