If your machine is experiencing any of the symptoms listed bleow, we ask that you try to correct the problem by performing the actions listed for each issue before placing a service call with our vending offices.
If you are unable to remedy the issue we will be more than happy to dispatch a service technician to your location. For your convenience we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure maxium customer satsfaction.
MY MACHINE HAS NO POWER OR WILL NOT TURN ON.
Make sure that the unit is plugged in. Make sure that the electrical outlet the machine is plugged into has power to it. Try resetting the circuit breaker that is controlling the outlet.
MY MACHINE HAS A DOLLAR BILL JAMMED IN IT.
Unplug your machine from the wall. Wait about 5 seconds and then plug it back in again. The machine will reboot and you may free the dollar bill.
TOUCHTUNES DIGITAL JUKEBOX
HAS NO SOUND -- You need to make sure that your amplifier is plugged in and turned on. On the amplifier you should see a green light in the front of the unit. If you don't see that light, you need to turn on the amplifier. (The amplifier is the large black box that stands seperate from your actual jukebox. It may be in a different area of the room.)
THE SCREEN FROZE -- There is a power switch located underneath the actual jukebox. Turn it off, wait 5 seconds, then power it back on. It will reboot the computer and may unfreeze your screen.
